Tips for ultimate team success
Follow these tips if you and your band of misfits run into any snags:
- Make sure you're all loaded into the Landing Zone before sending any requests - you don't need to be able to see each other
- The player with the most reliable and fastest connection should be the party host
- For a nifty keyboard shortcut - press P to load the party window
- Don't accept the invite from the 'friends menu' in the Epic Games Launcher - this can cause the game to reload
- After the invitation is accepted, the party member should appear in your team - their character details and name will be on the left side of the screen
- If you have fewer than 4 players in your party and want to prevent random matchmaking, be ready to press F as soon as the matchmaking screen is loaded and it will shorten the waiting time and load you into the game
