Summary
We've received reports of players encountering the following error message when attempting to log in:
"Logged out, we have detected multiple attempts to login. This instance has been
logged out."
This issue should now be resolved following continual connection and stability improvements.
Potential workarounds
Please take a shot at the below troubleshooting steps if you're still running into this error message:
- If you are using a VPN, disable the VPN and attempt to log in
- If you are not using a VPN, install and enable a VPN and attempt to log in
- Verify your Space Punks installation and then toggle any VPNs
- Uninstall and reinstall the Space Punks client through Epic and then toggle any VPNs
- If you are using a cellular data connection try switching over to a standard internet connection if possible and then toggle any VPNs
